We need a Commercial Construction Project Manager who can juggle multiple projects ($300k–$1M range) without dropping the ball. You’ll handle schedules, manage subcontractors, stay on budget, and keep an eagle eye on quality. If you’ve got the backbone for tight deadlines, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring a top-notch finished product, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities(Including, but not limited to):
Handle 3–5 Projects at Once From tenant improvements to exterior site work, you’ll keep it all running smoothly.
Verify Subcontractor Layouts No guesswork—double-check every measurement to match the plans.
Create & Manage Project Schedules Maintain tight timelines so no one falls behind.
Quality Control A keen eye for detail is a must—because we don’t put out a product we’re not proud of.
Team & Client Communication Keep the crew, subs, and clients on the same page.
Problem-Solve Proactively Spot issues before they escalate, fix them fast, and move on.
Qualifications(Including, but not limited to):
5+ Years of Commercial Construction Experience, Previous experience as a Superintendent is a PLUS You’ve seen enough to handle most surprises on-site.
Strong Blueprint Knowledge You should be comfortable reading, interpreting, and marking up plans.
Multi-Trade Coordination Understand how trades overlap and keep them coordinated.
Software Skills Experience with Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and Bluebeam preferred.
Strong Communication Direct, clear, and concise—both written and verbal.
