Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR, Clinical Operations, and Research, to deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of generative AI technologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bridge diverse skill sets across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee AI-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, HR, Clinical Operations, and Research to meet project requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between teams with varying skill sets, particularly in data science and AI.
• Partner with the AI Operations & Data Science Services (AIOS) team to design and implement AI solutions, including superprompts and RAG-based applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in AI or technology-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of its regulatory environment.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
