About the Role

Our client, a growing metal product fabrication company in Hubertus, WI, is seeking a Production Fabrication Factory Manager to oversee manufacturing supervisors and factory employees. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manufacturing teams and interpreting engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing supervisors and factory employees.
Ensure compliance with workplace rules and safety regulations.
Monitor production schedules to ensure products are manufactured and shipped on time.
Provide necessary blueprints and materials to supervisors and factory employees.
Utilize purchasing, inventory, and sales data for efficient production management.
Report and track manufacturing processes, aiming to maximize quality and minimize costs.

Qualifications

Experience :
- Five or more years managing manufacturing supervisors and factory employees.
- At least two years of experience interpreting engineering drawings.
Skills :
- Proven ability to optimize production processes and manage teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements :
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
- Must live within a 45-minute commute of Hubertus, WI.
- A consistent work history with tenures averaging three years or more.
