Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Hazleton, PA

Job Summary:
A manufacturing facility is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Assistants to support the production process. This role involves packing finished products, maintaining quality control, and assisting with general manufacturing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic machine operation tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 6:45 am to 7:00 pm or 6:45 pm to 7:00 am, with a schedule of 36.75 or 49 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Pay Rate:

• Day Shift: $18.00 per hour
• Night Shift: $19.00 per hour

Additional Details:

• This is a temp-to-hire position. After a probationary period, eligible employees may transition to a permanent role with full company benefits.
