Negranti Creamery Delivery and Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant within Negranti Creamery - we are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals. Individuals who are prepared to pivot and adjust at a moment's notice and carry a positive attitude. Individuals who take pride in their work and uphold our expectations on cleanliness and follow through. Individuals who represent the quality of our brand with pride when out in the field and working within the facility. Individuals who have no issue being a self starter while also taking direction from supervisors. 

Schedule 

Monday - 7:00am to 11:00am 

Thursday - 7am to 2:00pm 

Friday - 7am to 11:00am (to 2pm on the occassion) 

Hours 16-20 hours per week 

Responsibilities

1. Assist with rotating product based on FIFO (first in/first out) 
2. Palletizing and de-palletizing frozen product 
3. Assist with production cleanliness and organization
4. Maintain a safe production space by complying with federal, state, and local health standards
5. Pushing/pulling carts with frozen products up and down ramps
6. Carrying frozen product up and down stairs 
7. Efficiently and safely delivering products to local wholesale and retail accounts throughout the weekly production schedule
8. Effectively represent our company while distributing products throughout the central coast.
9. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries

Skills/Requirements

1. Delivery experience is a plus
2. Great attention to details and cleanliness
3. Ability to continuously lift up to 50 pounds
4. Ability to stand for extended periods of time
5. A clean driving record and current drivers license
6. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
7. Ability to interact with other shipping and receiving associates while professionally maintaining brand image
8. High school diploma or equivalent
9. Excellent problem solving skills
