Product Manager II – Carotid Insights

About the Role

As Product Manager, Carotid Insights, this role is responsible for generating and translating customer, market, and product data into actionable insights that will help accelerate growth of one of a rapidly growing and strategically important franchise within Boston Scientific’s vascular therapies portfolio.

This individual will be a key part of the Carotid Therapies marketing team and will be required to work collaboratively and closely with product marketing, market development, market research, training, clinical, and engineering to enhance commercial impact and accelerate growth of the Transcarotid Arterial Revascularization (TCAR) therapy within Boston Scientific’s Peripheral Interventions business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with global and US marketing teams to analyze market data, procedure trends, account performance, and product adoption metrics specific to the TCAR therapy to support strategic decision-making and long-term franchise planning.
  • Translate business needs into measurable outcomes and metrics/KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor leading and lagging indicators across core business functions (e.g., revenue growth, margin, market share, productivity, customer engagement).
  • Establish performance dashboards, scorecards and benchmarking tools to assess performance across regions, accounts, products, or initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, and other teams to collect, validate, and integrate data into performance models.
  • Prepare for quarterly business reviews, providing insight-driven updates to leadership based on KPI performance.
  • Hel track evolving market dynamics in stroke prevention and carotid interventions to identify innovation opportunities and inform competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
  • Must have completed an MBA Internship at Boston Scientific.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, finance or consulting —preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with procedure-based therapies or interventional devices in cardiovascular, neurovascular, or peripheral interventions is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries that clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see --will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
