DESCRIPTION

As a Principal, Supply Chain within the NA Inbound Supply Chain team, you will have the opportunity to shape one of the most complex Inbound Network Integrations at the highest level for Amazon’s fulfillment business. You will drive specific workstreams within the business Integration Roadmap for the Storage and Distribution network, enabling a synchronized flow of goods and seamless UTR operations integration within multiple separate Distribution Center (DC) networks. This is a high impact role with an opportunity to influence one of the most impactful areas of Amazon's supply chain. You will be an integral part in creating and implementing large scale strategic initiatives in the DC space across multiple business lines – all with the goal of better serving our customers.

The Principal, Supply Chain will work in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and drive capability integration decisions effectively with stakeholders across multiple groups and levels within Supply Chain Optimization Technology, Amazon Fulfillment Technology, Building Design, and Operation partners. This role drives the strategy for core storage solutions, inclusive of roadmap, within the Inbound Supply Chain in NA. This team integrates all new capabilities needed for integration of cost-effective storage solutions within the network. The work of this team has a direct impact in our ability for our Inbound network to scale and sustain as the network expands.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
- 10+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
