Looking to hire remotely for Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Texas, among other states!

The ideal Broker would:

• Build a true partnership with TEL Staffing and HR
• Explain to potential Clients how TEL Staffing and HR will provide solutions to match THEIR business needs
• Compare pricing of other PEO’s to ensure TEL Staffing & HR is providing the most cost-effective and quality services
• Know and explain why TEL Staffing & HR is a PEO that would be the right fit for their specific organization
• Identify an opportunity, and if there is a fit, schedule a meeting with the potential Client
• Learn about the Client’s needs during the meeting to discuss the business benefits of working with a PEO
• Develop and present a personalized proposal to a potential Client after meeting
• Create a tailored plan that works best for client's needs
• Maintain an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship with each Client.
• What is a PEO? 

• A Professional Employer Organization is a type of full-service human resource outsourcing known as co-employment. The PEO performs various employee administration tasks, such as payroll and benefits administration, taxes, Worker's comp, etc., on behalf of a business. Sometimes referred to an employee leasing company.
