NOW HIRING - EXCITING PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE OPPORTUNITY!!! Home health company based in Bell, CA is looking for a patient services representative to join their growing team! This is a long term opportunity, offering competitive pay and and opportunity to join a dedicated team of individuals that are bringing high quality healthcare to the Los Angeles area. Requirements + Bilingual in Spanish and English. + 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare field + Home health experience is preferred + Skills: appointment scheduling, insurance verification, EMR systems, answering phone calls. Responsibilities + Ensuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the clinic. This includes: + Addressing general inquiries + Appointment scheduling + Appointment confirmation + Demographic verification + Insurance verification + Co-pay collection + Check out process, procedures and re-appointment + Ensures that all patients are registered in the EHR promptly and accurately. + Maintains the highest level of confidentiality, in accordance with policies and procedures. + Adheres to customer service excellence policies and standards. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, providing a chance to establish yourself within a growing organization. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
