Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team at Bay 9 Holdings LLC dba Edgemere located in Dallas, Texas. The Painter prepares various paints and coatings to a variety of surfaces for all independent and community property. The Painter is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in working order and performing other maintenance repairs or duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position with a salary of $17.00+ per hour. • Prepare and select materials or surfaces for application of paint and other finishes. Mixes, tints, shades materials for desired aesthetics and quality.
• Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces, buildings, fixtures, or furniture as instructed by supervisor. Apply, repairs, or fixes wall coverings.
• Operate all equipment, company vehicles and hand or power tools safely. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report malfunction or repair needs to supervisor.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame, according to budget, and priority set by the supervisor.
• Report other maintenance or repair issues, unsafe conditions, and inventory shortages to supervisor.
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one year experience related experience
