Job Description

Our client, a leading construction supply company, is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with proven experience in selling to property developers and designers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the company's market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales by showcasing the company's high-quality construction products to meet the needs of developers and designers in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for construction products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property developers, designers, and key decision-makers to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating product benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the construction supply or related industry.
  • A strong network of contacts within the property development and design sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product value propositions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a competitive market.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, products, and industry trends is a strong advantage.

Location: Wayne, NJ
Salary: $100K + Commission
