About the job

They are currently going through a large multi year Oracle Cloud implementation. This candidate will be a critical hire for the ongoing implementation as they have multiple business units still to be completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a focus on Inventory and Manufacturing .
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into system configurations and functional designs.
• Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules to meet client-specific needs and best practices.
• Drive end-to-end implementation cycles including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional support for Oracle SCM cloud applications and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
• Work closely with technical teams to guide integration and data migration activities.
• Deliver user training, create documentation (e.g., user guides, functional specs), and support change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle SCM , with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory and Manufacturing modules
• Experience with solution design, configuration, and functional documentation
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with data migration, testing strategies, and user training
• Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM (Inventory and/or Manufacturing) is a plus
