Apply Today! **Job Summary and Qualifications** **What will you do in this role:** Demonstrates clinical competence in performance of daily duties (ORT or SA). Proficient knowledge in Surgical Specialty of assigned responsibility. (Such as Orthopedic, Vascular, General ENT, Urology, GYN, etc.) Manages assigned specialty service and supports staff in conjunction with the OR Supervisor. Assists Operating Room staff to develop skills related to the specified surgical specialty and promotes effective teams through education and coaching opportunities. Plans and provides equipment and supplies based on patient and physician needs in advance of the day's schedule. (Surgical Schedule review and direct commination with Surgeons, Vendors, leadership, and staff) Promotes cost containment while delivering quality patient care within the operating room. Functions as Laser Safety Offices for Surgical Department **What qualifications you will need:** Hospital experience and medical terminology required. Unit Secretary certification required.
