We are seeking 2 skilled, artistic and passionate Nail Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence. As a Nail Technician, you will provide high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in color theory and various nail treatments and designs will contribute to enhancing the overall client experience. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care options. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or body waxing when appropriate. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. Qualifications: Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations minimum 3 years experience NJ Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles. Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to perform basic math for retail sales transactions and upselling strategies. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in skills.
