We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain) to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with business needs.
Lead workshops and training sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and demonstrate solution capabilities.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and other consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide support during system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live phases.
Assist in post-deployment support and enhancements.
Document solutions, processes, and procedures according to best practices.
