Job role : Microsoft 365 Consultant

Duration : Few Weeks to a Month

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot features.
• Assess client environments and identify opportunities for Copilot integration to enhance productivity, collaboration, and automation.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Copilot features across the M365 ecosystem.
• Design and deliver workshops, training, and documentation tailored to end users, IT staff, and business leaders.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop governance, security, and compliance strategies related to Copilot and M365 tools.
• Monitor and analyze usage data to identify adoption barriers and optimization opportunities.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, roadmap changes, and new Copilot capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or similar role.
• Proven experience implementing or managing Microsoft 365 Copilot in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of M365 apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph, AI integration, and data governance in M365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into business value and user-friendly solutions.
