Med-Surg RN - Day & Night Shifts Available
Location: Palatka, FL
Full-Time - Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Salary: $29.73 - $43.20/hr based on experience
Shift Differentials: $4.25 for nights, $2.00 for weekends

Join our dynamic medical-surgical team and provide exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients in North Central Florida. We are seeking both day and night shift RNs to join our 99-bed acute care facility.

What You Will Do: Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patient conditions, and promptly report changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and patient response monitoring.
• Provide exceptional patient care by responding promptly to needs, anticipating issues, and proactively resolving them.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions, ensuring clear understanding.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of acute care Med-Surg RN experience required.
• Current RN license in Florida or Multistate Compact License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred).
