A Medical Surgical (MedSurg) Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurology is needed in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate - $29.04 - $39.60 (15 years exp)
• Days Only (7a-7p)
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus paid over 2 years
• Up to 5k relocation

Responsibilities

• 7AM to 7PM
• Assessments of Patients
• This role will provide quality, compassionate nursing care to oncology patients and families utilizing the nursing process.
• To collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary oncology team including, but not limited to: physicians, dietitians, therapists, clergy, social workers, support team, pharmacists, quality and case management, and community agencies.
• To assist with leading the oncology team by providing: compassion, humor, guidance, mentoring and comradeship to all HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital personnel.

Requirements

• 1 year of Recent RN experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting Required!!
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida , Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
