A rapidly growing medical device organization is expanding in North Carolina and seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Representative to own and grow a high-potential surgical territory.
This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in the OR, excels at building surgeon relationships, and wants to be on the front end of pioneering technology in a company that is scaling quickly.
Lead all sales activity across a growing NC territory
Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and key decision-makers
Drive new business through targeted prospecting and strategic cold calling
Support cases in the OR and deliver engaging clinical education
Coordinate hands-on evaluations, demos, and training sessions
Provide real-time insights to leadership and help shape territory strategy
Maintain clear CRM documentation and consistent pipeline management
Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and strong clinical credibility
3+ years of medical device sales experience (surgical strongly preferred)
Proven success supporting clinical adoption in hospital ORs or surgery centers
Experience selling into complex care settings (hospitals, VAs, ASCs, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required
Based in or near Charlotte, NC
Excellent communication, strong business acumen, and consultative selling skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
Background selling surgical technologies in specialties like orthopedics, electrophysiology, ENT, or aesthetics
Hybrid clinical + sales background (RN, scrub tech, military medical, etc.)
High-growth territory with significant runway to build and scale
Work directly with senior leadership - your voice and strategy matter
