Position Title: Medical Device Assembler
1 st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $24 Hourly

Position Summary:
Medical Device Assemblers will be responsible for assembling small medical components under a microscope, ensuring precision and quality in a clean room environment. This role requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail while following safety and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks using binocular or digital microscopes to assemble medical devices, catheters, stents. Magnifications typically range from 4x to 20x. Must have at least 6 months of experience in microscope-based assembly within a manufacturing environment.
Must be willing to work under a microscope for the duration of the shift, ensuring consistent focus and precision in assembly tasks.
Assembly will take place in a clean room environment, requiring adherence to proper gowning procedures and clean room protocols.
Collaborate within a team environment, providing constructive feedback as needed. Strong verbal and comprehension skills are appreciated for effective communication.
Utilize small hand tools, razor blades, tweezers, adhesives, and proprietary tooling.
Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP’s, visual aids, and engineer drawings in English.
Perform other duties as assigned.
