About Chick-fil-A:

Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Common In-Restaurant Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Real Food through sampling and encouraging Team Members to personalize the Customer's order.
  • Ensure the Restaurant is on brand. Submit custom materials, such as community board posters or in-Restaurant displays, to Custom Creative for approval. Templates are available on The Studio.
  • Keep POP (Point of Purchase) updated.
  • Clearly communicate upcoming events, seasonal changes, and new roll outs to leadership and staff.
  • Sampling menu items from our classic menu items to our seasonal and new upcoming menu items.
