KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, KDN GMS-Global Engagement Management to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build up GMS Central Team capabilities for global account management Coordination & Billing, including supporting with the execution of the global practice's growth plans
  • Accountable for ensuring client satisfaction by providing a seamless global account management coordination experience
  • Overseeing and providing feedback on the overall playbook for centralized account management including but not limited to coordination & billing
  • Research and provide preliminary recommendation development for significant problem solving of practice issues
  • Play a key role in KDN Tax & Legal projects and strategic initiatives in connection with core business activities
  • Engage in various internal quality assurance and monitoring programs, including collaborating with cross functional teams on key projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent and related business experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a relevant business discipline essential
  • National tax qualification, CPA or similar
  • Demonstrable evidence of cross teaming with other service groups / businesses; excellent stakeholder management and people management skills with the capability to manage and lead small teams
  • Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems; flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work environments and locations; capacity to operate in a fast paced and highly complex multinational environment
  • Exhibits professional skepticism and regularly seeks to know, understand (and potentially exploit) the root cause of current developments
