Hokanson Companies seeks full-time Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems. Responsible for completing generated work orders and after-hour emergencies. Position requires quick response to all types of requests, trouble shooting and interaction with team members and tenants in a professional manner. Qualified candidate must be capable of spotting deficiencies and being proactive in keeping the building and grounds in the best condition. Experience with Commercial Office properties a plus. Must be able to effectively utilize a smart phone, Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer programs.
