We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Common Area Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, beautification, and landscaping of the common areas at The Tribute community. Under the direction of the Association Manager, the ideal candidate will manage landscape, hardscape, irrigation, pool, and fencing vendors while ensuring the upkeep and improvement of the community’s outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on management role with the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with community committees, and contribute to the overall enhancement of the property.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 2-3 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), accounting software, and custom applications as used by CMA. Familiarity with irrigation technology and smart controllers is a plus.
Certifications & Licenses:
This position requires a combination of both office and fieldwork, and the candidate must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. Regular physical activity includes walking, standing, climbing, stooping, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment may include exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, vibrations, chemicals, and moving machinery.
