Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)

A Licensed Therapist is needed in Canton, IL.

Canton is known for its rich industrial history, particularly as the home of the former International Harvester manufacturing plant, which played a significant role in the town's economy for much of the 20th century. Salary and Benefits

• The hourly rate offered is $60,000 - $73,000 based on experience.
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
• Dental Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
• Employer Pays 50% of dependent premium for medical and dental.
• Life Insurance – 1.5x annual salary (up to $50,000)
• Spouse Life Insurance is provided at $5,000.
• Dependent Life Insurance provided at $2,000.
• Long-Term Disability – Employer pays 50% of employee premium.
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% match, Employer contributes 50% of gross salary.
• 14 days of PTO in the first year
• 10 Paid Holidays
• 5 Health and Wellness days, available immediately
• CEU Reimbursement
• No On Call, No Weekends, No nights.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Average 6-8 patients per day
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy services to our patients.
• Appropriate clinical documentation in a timely manner – Smartcave Streamline EMR
• Outpatient Therapy
• Patients of all ages
• Primary focus on depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
