Job#: 2080186 Job Description: Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Support Technician who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role provides a mix of over-the-phone, in-person, and walk-up technical support, with a strong focus on adaptability, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with business-critical applications.
- Provide support for mobile and desktop phones.
- Install and configure software and computer peripherals.
- Log and manage support tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring appropriate priority and timely resolution.
- Work through Level 1 tickets and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with conference room technology and hardware setup as needed.
- Deliver support via phone, in-person, and walk-up channels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
- Continuously seek to improve customer service, value, and satisfaction.
- Stay engaged with emerging tools like Copilot and contribute to its adoption and usage.
Qualifications: - Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and patient approach.
