Notre Dame Catholic Parish is hiring a full-time IT Director. This position plays an important role in the mission of Notre Dame Parish and School and will be part of a faithful and dynamic team in the Southwest Denver area. The IT Director will be responsible for the day-to-day technology operations of the parish and Pre K-8 school campus. This role supports staff, students, and administration by maintaining reliable IT systems, infrastructure, and devices critical to teaching, learning, and campus operations. Primary duties will include: • Email & Productivity Platforms: Administer Microsoft Office 365 (hybrid Exchange) and Google Workspace for Education. • Network & Security: Manage Ruckus Cloud Wi-Fi, ICX switches, firewall, and a 10G fiber backbone with multiple VLANs. • Device Support: Support Dell desktops, HP laptops, student Chromebooks, Xerox multifunction printers, and maintain OS/software updates. • Phone & AV Systems: Oversee in-house VoIP system, video surveillance, electronic door/lock security, and video recording/streaming equipment. • User Support: Provide responsive IT support to teachers and staff; resolve technical issues and assist with classroom tech needs. • Maintenance & Planning: Maintain vendor relationships, evaluate technology needs, and recommend upgrades to support evolving educational goals.
