About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced IT Business Technology Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale projects that are critical to operational success. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, define project requirements, and drive technology solutions will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize business needs and requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and site visits to collect requirements and understand workflows.
Define project scope, impact, outcomes, and success metrics.
Ensure business requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in the selection and quality assurance of software solutions.
Create clear, concise, and accurate requirement documentation using standard templates.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation to guide project teams.
Lead peer reviews to ensure requirement specifications are accurately interpreted.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Participate in testing efforts, including creating test scripts and supporting end-to-end validation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in IT business technology project management.
Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Strong background in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, and methodology development.
Experience with enterprise business IT applications.
Ability to influence senior management and drive decision-making.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience with Electric Generation Interconnection programs.
Familiarity with Electric Distribution, Transmission, and Substation work and asset management processes.
Proven ability to lead significant technology solutions and business process improvements from concept to implementation.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
