We are excited to welcome an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity available to candidates based in North America. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams focused on internet, software, and disruptive consumer companies, contributing to mergers, acquisitions, and financing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and financing assignments across various industries.
- Create marketing documentation, model transactions, conduct in-depth research, and perform competitive and valuation analyses.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Manage and oversee projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transaction services (degree must be completed).
- Prior experience in M&A or related internships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating professional presentations and reports.
- Solid financial modeling expertise in Excel and basic PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with teams effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for finance, investment banking, and the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.
