Inside Sales Representative - Spanish & English - $20/hr

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll make outbound sales calls in Spanish and English, pitching tour operators and signing them up on the company platform. You’ll manage leads, track sales, and drive revenue growth—all while working remotely.

Pay for this role includes a $20/hr base with a commission structure based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Make 60+ outbound sales calls per day to potential tour operators
• Sell and persuade in Spanish & English to bring new partners onto the company platform
• Manage leads, accounts, and opportunities using a CRM (Salesforce preferred, but others accepted)
• Develop and refine sales strategies to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience
• Fluent in Spanish & English (must have used Spanish in a professional setting)
• 1+ year of CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality  
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
