T his position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.
The Interface Support Group within the Enterprise Application Branch is seeking an innovative problem-solver to provide leadership on software projects, system design, and concepts. The Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) assists in providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support and maintenance for DMV’s Application and Data Integration Services and Platforms. The incumbent provides development and maintenance support for integration services and platforms as well as performs various tasks requiring independent problem-solving within various technologies supporting the Department’s critical infrastructure.
DMV operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. The incumbent may be required to carry a work cell phone and laptop. There may also be times when the incumbent is required to attend an out of town conference, or work evenings and weekends to maintain project schedules.
