Your Responsibilities

• Hands-On Repairs: Engage in both entry and mid-level maintenance activities, whether it’s tweaking instruments or revamping machine components.
• Resource Management: Identify the necessary parts and equipment for repairs and maintenance.
• Team Support: Provide invaluable support to your colleagues as needed.
• Knowledge Sharing: Keep abreast of industry standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Skill Enhancement: Operate simple machining tools and perform welding for repair work.
• Data Tracking: Update and review computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) records.
• Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve basic control system circuitry issues.
• Safety Consciousness: Adhere to and promote workplace safety measures.

Required Skills and Experience

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, and ideally, an associate degree with a technical focus. Alternately, consider applying if you have 18 months experience or have completed a technical advancement program.

Physical Requirements: You should be comfortable working at various heights, lifting over 50 pounds occasionally, and frequently climbing, stooping, kneeling, and being in loud environments.
