In-Store Lead Generator $20.00 - $30.00 / hour We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an In-Store Lead Generator inside Home Depot and Lowes. As an In-Store Lead Generator you will be responsible for attracting and engaging potential customers within your assigned retail location. We want you to know that your main objective will be to generate qualified leads and create opportunities for our Sales Teams. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers: Initiate friendly and informative conversations with customers entering the store, actively approaching them to understand their needs and interests.
• Generate leads: Identify potential customers interested in our products or services and capture their contact information for follow-up.
• Product knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products, services, and promotions to communicate their value and benefits to customers effectively.
• Build rapport: Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Qualify leads: Ask relevant questions and actively listen to customer responses to assess their level of interest and determine if they are a fit.
• Provide information: Educate customers about the features, advantages, and benefits of our products or services, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Record and track leads: Accurately record customer information and leads through our lead form, ensuring complete data.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or lead generation is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Spanish-speaking is not required, but a plus!
• Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers in a proactive manner
• Strong, active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and lead tracking
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive and resilient attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
