Description We're looking for a sharp, reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for growth into an HR leadership role. The ideal candidate will have strong admin skills-think scheduling, payroll support, onboarding, and vendor coordination-and some exposure to HR functions. We're especially interested in someone who's eager to learn and grow into a broader HR role over time. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Positive and adaptable attitude with strong problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience. - Prior experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred. - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR administration processes is a plus.
