Job Description

Trove is looking for an experienced and talented Graphic Designer with a working knowledge of digital design to support our established in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can be an integral part of a unique, small, creative team with a strong commitment to strategic and creative excellence. The Graphic Designer will be on the Owala brand team and work directly with an Art Director and other creative professionals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and execution of various print and digital projects.
• Projects centered on brand identity, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, print and web advertising, sales collateral, and other necessary projects.
• Design within our brand standards
• Open to input from the Art Director and department heads,
• Responsive to feedback, and make changes quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills are a must. They must be able to work within production schedules and hit deadlines.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We seek employees who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Strong design acumen with a good eye for balance and color. Strong layout skills. Knowledge of type and typography.
• Strong layout skills and creativity
• Well versed in email design and ability to establish consistent templates
• Experience designing high performing ads for Meta
• A strong working knowledge of Adobe CC is required, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Candidate must also have at least a year of experience working in Figma
• The ability to quickly rough out or sketch basic ideas through brainstorming and then implement that idea digitally or in high fidelity form
• Well versed in email design and ability to establish consistent templates
• Ability to learn quickly with the capability to multitask and shift gears at a moment's notice.
• Strong interpersonal communication and soft skills. You will be working with a diverse team of individuals: brand managers, digital marketers, developers, and copywriters
• While extensive motion graphic skills aren’t required for this role, intermediate motion graphic skills are required
