Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper

Pay Rate: $29/hr to $34/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
• Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulations
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Match transactions in Service Titan
• Make collection calls when needed
• Handle payment of taxes including payroll and end-of-year taxes
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• A strong understanding of payroll, A/P, A/R, and general ledger accounting
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
