Join our team and make a difference! We are a premier air ambulance provider seeking full-time Flight Nurses to join our elite crew in Deer Valley, AZ. As a Flight Nurse, you’ll be on the front lines of critical care, delivering rapid response and advanced medical support to those in urgent need. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.

Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.

Maintain compliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.

Participate in ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.

Schedule: Rotational shifts based on operational needs.

Requirements:

Active RN license to practice in Arizona.

Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).

CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.

Flight or transport experience preferred.

Successful completion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.

Effective interpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and external customers.

Weight limit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.

Basic computer skills for electronic charting and communication.

Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drug screening.
