We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help customers secure the best finance rates, insurance coverage, and extended warranty options, all while providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring a seamless and positive dealership experience for all customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers by presenting the best finance options from local banks and finance companies
Provide insurance coverage and extended warranty options to customers
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional dealership experience
Meet company goals while maintaining a strong understanding of finance products
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and dealership growth
What we're looking for:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
In-depth knowledge of automotive finance products
At least three years of experience in auto finance
Sales experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
A degree in Business or a related field is preferred
Experience with dealership software is a plus
Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
A friendly, outgoing, and caring personality
About the role:
This position offers full-time hours with a schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays (closed on Sundays). You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, and your success will directly contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
