Round Hill Search has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic team of attorneys in this established and progressive family law firm in Irvine. The firm is well known as a leader in the family law arena. It handles all aspects of family law, including complex marital dissolutions, the division of high-net-worth estates, high-conflict custody matters, etc. Their clients are generally high-net-worth individuals seeking unparalleled expertise and a highly energetic yet sophisticated approach to their delicate issues. The firm, in turn, is looking for attorneys with excellent experience and the ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment .

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of family law cases from inception to conclusion, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
• Provide compassionate and knowledgeable advice to clients on family law matters, explaining legal options and strategies.
• Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes amicably, minimizing the need for court intervention when possible.
• Represent clients in family court for hearings and trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
• Prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, agreements, and court orders with precision and adherence to legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on relevant family law changes and precedents.
• Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure comprehensive case preparation and client support.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in California.

• At least 1+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Empathy and the ability to manage emotionally charged situations.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary:

The anticipated pay range is approximately $130k - $150k per year
