Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life.

 

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a variety of events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, creativity in event design, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and vendors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including budgets, timelines, venues, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure services needed for events.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimising costs.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies to attract attendees.
  • Oversee event setup and management on the day of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback from clients and attendees for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
