Job Description
Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring all event operations run smoothly and align with our brand and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and brand activations
Manage event logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships
Conduct site visits, develop floor plans, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate with internal teams to align event strategy with marketing goals
Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
Track budgets, issue invoices, and manage expense reports
Ensure guest satisfaction and gather post-event feedback
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic budgeting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
