Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring that every event is executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and community events.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for and managed within limits.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure services and negotiate contracts as necessary.
Create and maintain event timelines and schedules to ensure all organizational tasks are completed on time.
Design event marketing materials and manage promotional strategies to enhance attendance and engagement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in event management software and tools for scheduling and budgeting purposes.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules demand
