Job Description
:
The Event Coordinator plays a key role in planning and executing company events and promotional activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. The Event Coordinator ensures events are executed smoothly and align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and organizing events from start to finish.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and materials.
Support on-site event execution and provide assistance as needed.
Track event details, attendance, and outcomes.
Work closely with team members to ensure successful event delivery.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
