Our Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors are an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team focusing on client-centered care within MN 245G statutes and CARF standards. They provide on-going assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, continuing care planning, and individual/group counseling sessions involving recovery education.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted license (LADC) awarded by the MN BBHT required; have 1-2 years’ experience in the chemical dependency field and 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training; and have insight regarding the unique challenges faced by our clients. They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring.
