Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Relations Representative! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for assisting guests and members with inquiries, requests, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service by responding to a variety of inquiries from hotel guests and members.
Resolve issues and concerns promptly, ensuring guests' and members' satisfaction.
Handle calls from upset customers with empathy and professionalism, working towards a resolution.
Stay knowledgeable about customer relations, reservations, and rewards processes, policies, and procedures.
Assist in retaining loyal customers and fostering long-term relationships to drive future business.
Remote Location:

Fully remote (must reside in the Phoenix area).
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Bonus Potential: $200-$400/month
Wi-Fi Bill Contribution: $50/month
Equipment Provided: All necessary tools and equipment will be supplied.

Work Schedule:

Availability: Flexible schedule with weekend availability required.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7am - 8pm
Saturday-Sunday: 7am - 5pm
Two consecutive days off during the week (5 days on, 2 days off).
Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Comfortable with inbound calls and data entry.
Experienced in handling difficult or upset customers with tact and patience.
