Responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning and executing live and virtual events that promote brand awareness and engagement
• Support event logistics , including setup, guest management, on-site coordination, and teardown
• Communicate with clients to understand objectives, share updates, and address questions
• Work with internal teams (creative, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet timelines and requirements
• Manage on-site event flow , guest check-in, and address real-time challenges
• Collect and organize post-event feedback and performance data
• Use insights and analytics to help optimize future marketing strategies

Who We’re Looking For:

• No experience required – we provide full training and mentorship
• Strong interest in event marketing , brand activations , or promotional campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Quick thinker and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations
