Job Summary

If you're interested in an Entry Level Lab Technician job, then this is the best role for you! The Laboratory Technician will support customer technical programs, product and process research, and manufacturing operations by generating and evaluating lab-scale samples. This role includes hands-on testing, equipment troubleshooting, and data documentation to support decision-making and scale-up activities.

Job Description

• Generate and/or evaluate lab-scale samples for customer technical programs, product and process research, and manufacturing support.
• Conduct testing and provide relevant data to support technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment used for production, routine processing, property evaluation, and machine scale-up support.
• Maintain accurate logs, notebooks, and electronic records.
• Conduct internet and other research to support technical problem-solving.
• Perform stoichiometric calculations for production using computer programs or manual methods.

Skills Required

• 1-3 Years of Experience
• Understand and follow EHS, SOPs, and Responsible Care rules, regulations, and guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Work effectively with more than one technical supervisor.
• Interface with other functions such as manufacturing and research personnel.
• Interface directly with customers if needed.
• Provide timely results to assure the quality of products shipped to customers.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Shift: 07:00 AM
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $17.00 to $25.50 per hour based on qualifications.
