Job Description Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event planning and is eager to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced event coordinators and assist in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to execution.
• Help manage logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Support the team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and maintaining budgets.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and requirements.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotion and outreach initiatives.
• Help create event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.

Skills

• Strong interest in event planning and coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
