This is a full-time, in-person leadership role at one of our dynamic campus locations, where you'll have the autonomy to shape our cutting-edge learning approach and the support to make it extraordinary. You'll be the architect behind our Guides' success, combining elite coaching abilities with hands-on youth development expertise.

What You Will Be Doing - Architect and implement world-class training programs that transform educators into exceptional Alpha Guides
- Design and iterate on comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices in facilitation, student engagement, and challenge resolution
- Deliver high-impact, actionable feedback that measurably improves Guide performance and student outcomes
- Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
What You Won’t Be Doing - Create traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the content, while you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromise on excellence – we maintain a 100% mastery standard, and you'll ensure every Guide upholds it
- Conduct passive training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, experiential, and transformative
Educational Consultant Key Responsibilities Drive exceptional student outcomes by building and leading a world-class team of Guides who masterfully implement the Alpha learning system, ensuring every student achieves their highest potential.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
- Track record of developing innovative educational programs that deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth aged 5-18
- Strong data analysis skills with a metrics-driven approach to improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with Crossover This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
