Position Overview

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of IT to lead and evolve our technology infrastructure, systems, and support functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT leader with deep expertise in NetSuite administration , web development management , LAN/WAN infrastructure , and Office 365 administration . The Director of IT will oversee a dynamic team including web developers and help desk professionals, and will play a critical role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Administration
• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead optimization efforts to improve system performance and user experience.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to assist departments in their development of new and existing applications in software.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor the web development team and help desk staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across IT functions.
• Infrastructure Management
• Oversee LAN/WAN architecture, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across the organization.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Office 365 Administration
• Administer Office 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ensure seamless collaboration and communication tools for all departments.
• Data Analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define KPIs and leverage data for operational insights.
• Third-Party Vendor Management
• Partner with external vendors to enhance platform capabilities and integrate new technologies.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with strategic IT goals.
• Strategic Planning
• Develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Vendor & Budget Management
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Oversee IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite (Administrator certification preferred).
• Strong communications skills
